How we produce content with artificial intelligence, where the works come from and how to report a possible infringement.
This translation is provided for convenience. If there is any discrepancy, the Portuguese version prevails.
1. Where the works come from
The catalog is made of original works, public-domain works and works licensed by their rights holders. Adaptations, translations and audio productions are made from these sources.
2. Use of artificial intelligence
We use artificial intelligence to narrate, voice characters, script radio dramas, translate, create sound effects and describe images. Every production is reviewed by our team before it is published. The voices are synthetic: they do not imitate real people or use anyone’s voice without authorization.
3. Infringement notices
If you hold rights (or represent someone who does) and believe some content infringes copyright, image or voice rights, send a notice to [email protected] with:
- your name, contact details and, if you are a representative, proof that you may act for the rights holder;
- identification of the protected work or right;
- the link or title name and, if possible, the passage or chapter;
- an explanation of why the use is unauthorized;
- a statement that the information is true.
We will review the notice and, if it is valid, remove or adjust the content. We may take it down as a precaution during the review. False or bad-faith notices may lead to liability.
